FASHION WORK EXPERIENCE

Frye, Frye & Co., Willow Drive/ Other Private Label - NYCAlliance (New York, NY)
Associate Designer: Womenswear Full Collection RTW - June 2021- Present
-Produced full tech packs for both knit and woven garments: Dresses, Blouses, Tees, Jackets, Tanks, Jumpsuits, Shorts, Pants, Skirts, Etc.
-Designed 4 seasons of Willow Drive AI Decks ( AI sketch/ print placement / CAD/ scale ) for private label clients producing 500K+ in revenue.
-Launched Frye RTW label with my team from the original shoe/ boot brand and created our customer, mood board, design direction,CAD. Etc.
-Created 4 Seasons of Frye mainline and 7 seasons of Frye and Co. for JCP: including TPs/ SMS/ CAD deck / mood boards / sketches/ Tech packs/ Spec/ detail callouts / Etc.
-Hit and exceeded financial goal of 3.5 million $ in revenue of garments in only the first season alone, ( plus more in following seasons)
-Communicated with factories cross-seas on a daily basis and created a great partnership.
-Streamlined communication with cross- seas FTY with very quick response on email and followup
-Created fabric swatch/ CAD/ print and pattern deck for customers as a selling tool which helped massively incease sales per order.
-Known as “ Back bone of team/ Go-to girl” by the Creative Director, Chief Merchant, and President of the entire company NYCA.

-Created line sheets from inspiration (inspo shop/ research) to sketching on Adobe Illustrator (drawing and CADS) to print and color (print and color pallet per delivery) 12 deliveries each year (four seasons)
-Produce full tech packs for development and production purposes including detailed sketches, BOM, Quick TP, packaging, etc.
-Absorbed a leadership/ managerial role on our team with co-workers/freelancers/temps under me
-Created and managed print archive/ budget charts, SRS/ SMS tracking charts, Fabric / FTY chart per style to keep the team organized
-Take on fabric R&D role during vacancy- commenting promptly on strike offs, graphics, prints, lab dips, trims, bulk fabric submits, etc.
-Used my clear cut organizational skills to make sure CFT stay aligned and meet all proper deadlines
-Attended fittings every week and made comments to FTYs with updates in TP / sketch post fitting
-Facilitate extremely clear and effective communication with multiple FTYs overseas which created a strong working relationship

- Created embroidery layouts and print designs for garments which landed new styles online and in stores
